FanSided Radio Top 25

Matt Cashore-US PRESSWIRE

Notre Dame has finally silenced the critics. I will admit, even I thought they would fall to the mighty Sooners yesterday. The fact is, they dominated OU. Manti Te’o will be at the top of my Heisman watch list, and The Irish have moved up in the Fansided Top 25.

Other top ten teams were in action, Florida fell to Georgia in an ugly defensive struggle. Oregon rolled Colorado (who doesn’t these days), and Kansas State keeps on impressing with a big win over Texas Tech. Ohio State beat Penn State in the “Ineligible Bowl”, and will remain in our top five, even if they cannot be ranked in the BCS polls.

Three other unbeaten teams in  Oregon State, Rutgers, Ohio went down, and Michigan and Wisconsin were humbled by Nebraska and Michigan State respectively. Nebraska has earned it’s way back into the top 25. Things have been shaken up this week, and I love it. This is why college football is so great. Any given Saturday, the entire landscape can change.
