With Indiana falling to Butler over the weekend, Duke moves in to the top spot. While there are plenty of undefeated teams besides The Blue Devils, how many can boast wins over three top five teams in their first seven games? Coach K is working his magic early in the 2012-2013 season, and Duke might stay in the top spot for weeks, if not months.
While the B1G Ten struggled on the gridiron, it has proven to be the best conference in college basketball. With four teams in The FanSided Radio top ten, it is hard to find another conference that is even close.
There are also the “Little Guys” making a showing, with Creighton, Gonzaga, San Diego State, and Wichita State all ranked this week. Creighton looks to be the strongest from the mid majors, with their only loss coming to Boise State.
