Hip Hop Thursday: Miami Heat Shout “Don’t Stop the Party”

After the Miami Heat fell to the Chicago Bulls in game one of the Eastern Conference Semi Finals, we all knew that the Heat would respond. I figured we would be looking at a 20 point win with LeBron James and company pulling away at the end. I did not, however, expect Miami to have it’s starting five watching most of the fourth quarter.

The Heat would not be extinguished last night, blowing out the Bulls 115-78. With the series tied at a game each, Miami needed to establish themselves as the Alpha Males, and did just that.

Every victory should be accompanied by great music in the locker room. Although I was not there to experience it, or even know if this was played, Pitbull’s “Don’t Stop the Party” seemed like a great match for Miami. Game 3 between the Heat and Bulls take place in Chicago on Friday night.
