The Cleveland Cavaliers had luck bounce their way on Tuesday as they were the winner of the 2013 NBA Draft Lottery. The Orlando Magic and the Washington Wizards were the other teams in the Top 3.

Ricky Widmer of The Onside Kick gives his thoughts about the 2013 NBA Draft Lottery. He discuss if the “conspiracy theory” is true this year, how the Cavs will most likely draft Narlens Noel, what Orlando can do with the Second Overall pick, and where some of the highly acclaimed first round lottery talent could go (like Cody Zeller, Anthony Bennett, and Victor Oladipo).

2013 NBA Draft Lottery Order:

1. Cleveland Cavaliers
2. Orlando Magic
3. Washington Wizards
4. Charlotte Bobcats (Hornets?)
5. Phoenix Suns
6. New Orleans Pelicans
7. Sacramento Kings
8. Detroit Pistons
9. Minnesota Timberwolves
10. Portland Trailblazers
11. Philadelphia 76ers
12. Oklahoma City (via Toronto)
13. Dallas Mavericks
14. Utah Jazz

Tell us what you think down below. Was the 2013 NBA Draft Lottery rigged? Should Cleveland draft Narlens Noel and what should Orlando do at #2?
