On Sunday and Monday, the Chicago Bears said their good-byes to two players from their roster.

First, the Bears traded first round draft pick Gabe Carimi to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday for a sixth round pick. Then, they cut fullback Evan Rodriguez on Monday after Rodriguez was arrested twice this offseason.

Mark Weber of the Onside Kick gives you his thoughts and opinions about the release of Evan Rodriguez and the Gabe Carimi trade. With Carimi, Mark questions if the trade was done at the right time and asks if the Bears could have gotten more from him during the preseason.

Tell us what you think down below. Do you agree with the Chicago Bears’ recent moves regarding Evan Rodriguez or Gabe Carimi? Should the Bears have tried to get more in the Gabe Carimi trade?
