The Onside Kick: Chicago Bears Week 1 Preview/NFL Week 1 Picks

It’s finally here! We are officially less than 24 hours away from week one of the 2013 NFL season (if your team isn’t the Denver Broncos or Baltimore Ravens).

This week, the Chicago Bears open up their regular season schedule to the Cincinnati Bengals. Ricky, Dave, and Mark discuss this opening game for the Bears and question if the Bengals are really a team to be “feared” in 2013. They also look at what the Bears offense will need to do to be successful as quarterback Jay Cutler will officially enter his final year of his contract.

The guys also recap the historic game by Peyton Manning to open up the NFL season. Manning threw seven touchdowns in the Broncos’ 49-27 win over the defending Super Bowl champions Baltimore Ravens.

Finally, the guys preview every other NFL game on the slate for week one. Some of the big week one games include: Falcons/Saints, Buccaneers/Jets, Packers/49ers, Giants/ Cowboys, and Eagles/Redskins.
