This past week, the Houston Texans decided to fire head coach Gary Kubiak after losing to the Jacksonville Jaguars on Thursday Night Football. Kubiak has been the head coach of the Texans since 2006 and defensive coordinator Wade Phillips will take over as the team’s interim head coach.

Ricky Widmer, Dave Oster, and Mark Weber take a look at the Houston Texans and discuss where the team should go in the wake of firing head coach Gary Kubiak. The guys take a look at interim head coach Wade Phillips and discuss his chances of earning the permanent role. They also look at free agent candidate and former Chicago Bears head coach Lovie Smith and where they could see Kubiak going after Houston.
