This weekend, Jay Cutler will suit up and start for the Chicago Bears as the team travels to Cleveland for a match-up with the Browns. While Cutler’s been out, backup QB Josh McCown has been lighting it up for the Bears and has the team in a “tie” for the NFC North.

Ricky Widmer and Mark Weber sit down and discuss this move by Marc Trestman and the Bears’ to go ahead and start Jay Cutler against Cleveland. They also take a look at Jay’s future with the team. His contract is up at the end of the season, and that means Phil Emery and Marc Trestman need to figure out what they are ultimately going to do.

Also, the guys talk about the other quarterback “controversy” in Washington. The Redskins have made it official that they are going to sit Robert Griffin III for the remainder of the season. The guys talk about this and the state of the Redskins’ organization as a whole in the podcast.
